Third-Party Service Providers: To provide translation and recognition features, your voice and image data are sent to the service provider you choose (Apple, Google Gemini, or OpenAI). We recommend you review their respective privacy policies to understand how they handle your data.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal processes.

All user-generated content (like history) is stored on your device, and we do not have access to it.

All your personal data, including conversation history, image analysis records, and API keys, are securely stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not back up this data to any external servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no security system is impenetrable.

You can manage your data at any time through the App's settings. You can clear all history and settings. You can also revoke access to the microphone, camera, photo library, and location at any time through your iOS system settings.

This App is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
